Agreement For Services This Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is made between Limitless 365 J&M Partnership LLC (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), having its principal place of business in Celina, TX and you the Client (hereinafter referred to as “Client”).The Company is committed to supporting your personal growth, wellness, and transformation. We offer a variety of holistic services, including Personalized Coaching, Quantum Healing Hypnosis, Reiki, Nutrition and Holistic Nutrition Coaching, and other spiritual wellness modalities. This agreement outlines the scope of our services, our ethical responsibilities, and your rights as a client. Please read it thoroughly before beginning any work with us. Practitioners at the Company are not licensed medical doctors, psychologists, or other licensed health care providers unless otherwise noted. Our services do not involve the diagnosis, treatment, or cure of physical or mental conditions. You are encouraged to seek appropriate care from a qualified medical or mental health provider as needed.HOLISTIC & ENERGY BASED SERVICES Services such as Quantum Healing Hypnosis, Reiki, Coaching, and Holistic Nutrition involve engaging the mind, body, and spirit for greater insight, relaxation, and alignment. These practices may include guided visualization, mindfulness, intuitive inquiry, spiritual dialogue, and energy work where the practitioner and the client can communicate directly with the client’s mind, emotions, subconscious mind, inner self, higher self, or spiritual core to help increase self-understanding, resolve problems, initiate healing, and empower the client from within.POTENTIAL BENEFITSClients often experience: – Mental and physical relaxation – Stress and emotional release – Increased clarity, confidence, and insight – Physical, emotional, or behavioral shifts – A deeper connection with inner guidance and spiritual growthEveryone’s experience is unique and results vary from person to person.POTENTIAL RISKS OR CONTRAINDICTIONSWhile our services are considered safe, they may not be appropriate for everyone. You are encouraged to: – Communicate openly with your practitioner – Take breaks or stop at any time – Participate actively in your own growth and healing – Continue working with any healthcare providers as neededRECORDINGS (IF APPLICABLE) Some sessions (e.g., hypnosis or spiritual guidance) may be recorded for your personal use and integration. If a recording is made, you will receive a copy via email. Please note: while we strive for quality, technical difficulties may occur.CONFIDENTIALITYAll information shared before, during, and after your session is confidential. We uphold your privacy with the highest integrity.
